What we do
We deliver a wide range of leadership development programmes and coaching offers for senior and high potential aspiring leaders. Our practical and experiential programmes enable leaders to develop the awareness, skills and moral behaviours to enable them to lead within the increasing complexity of providing health and social care.
We work to develop better leaders and leadership in health and social care in several different ways:
- We provide opportunities for individual leaders to develop their awareness, confidence and influence through our open Senior Leadership Development Programme.
- We design and deliver bespoke leader development programmes for organisations that develop collective leadership within the organisation and address local development needs.
- We offer Leadership Development Packages – a range of stand alone courses that can be commissioned by organisations to support the development of their leaders.
- We work with Leadership Teams and Boards to enable them to work more cohesively and effectively together and provide better leadership to their organisation or service.
- We work with leaders to convene strategy or vision development sessions that enable them to start to develop a commitment to a shared way forwards and prevent the de-railing of sessions due to process issues.
