In Conversations with…Caroline Laurie

In her interview, Caroline talked about her experience as a leader within the sustainability agenda and the role of leaders in embedding responsibility within the culture and behaviours of an organisation. She talked about the tension between achieving short term requirements and creating the head-space to plan for what’s happening in 5/10/15 years and provided some powerful insights into how leaders can use their influence to support increasing sustainability.
