Dr Anwar Khan

Dr Anwar Khan attended a bespoke Staff College programme for London Cancer in 2011-12. In the second of our Member/ Commissioner Case Studies, he shares the impact attending had on the way he worked with colleagues, taking the time to invest in developing relationships with them and how he went on to empower others to take up clinical leadership roles for greater effect across his area. He shares why his experience of attending Staff College programmes led to him, and colleagues, asking us to support the Outpatient Transformation Programme with Barts and later, the East London Health and Care Partnership.
