In the first of our Member/Commissioner Case Studies, Sir Sam Everington shares why his experience of attending a programme with Staff College led him to ask us to work with him on an innovative Outpatients Transformation Programme between Barts Health and three of its local CCGs. He explains the impact that our approach had on him personally, and for the wider programme.

Dr Anwar Khan attended a bespoke Staff College programme for London Cancer in 2011-12. In the second of our Member/ Commissioner Case Studies, he shares the impact attending had on the way he worked with colleagues, taking the time to invest in developing relationships with them and how he went on to empower others to take up clinical leadership roles for greater effect across his area. He shares why his experience of attending Staff College programmes led to him, and colleagues, asking us to support the Outpatient Transformation Programme with Barts and later, the East London Health and Care Partnership.
