Announcement on the future of Staff College
At Staff College, we are proud of our reputation for developing better leaders for the NHS over the past 15 years. In turn, it’s been our privilege to work with so many organisations, designing and delivering impactful leadership development programmes to over 6,500 leaders. Unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision that Staff College can no longer continue as an independent charity in the current economic context, and it will close in the summer 2025.
As a values driven organisation, it’s essential to us to fulfil our present commitment to all Commissioners of our programmes, and we fully intend to do so. In addition, while the Charity will no longer take on new contracts, our talented and experienced faculty of trainers intend to continue to design and deliver Staff College-based programmes on an independent basis. Their aim is to fulfil Staff College’s original mission of developing better leaders for healthcare for the future.
