An action packed start to November 2020
November started with a full week of planned delivery. The government announcement on 31 October implementing new restrictions from 5 November meant the start of the week saw us responding and working with our commissioners to ensure the planned delivery went ahead.
This week saw us back with the MSE STP QI Leadership Programme for day 2 of their 4-day leadership programme. We had been looking forward to meeting the group for our first face-to-face session. However we reorganised our programme and delivered a successful session via Microsoft Teams.
We remained in Mid and South Essex, as we also commenced our ninth cohort of the MSE Senior Leadership Development College working with senior leaders from Basildon and Thurrock University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust. Thank you to the commissioner, participants and our Faculty for working with the IT challenges to get everyone online for this course.
