Great Ormond Street Hospital Step Up to Leadership Programme
We are pleased to have been working with our first cohort of GOSH band 5-6 staff for their Step Up to Leadership Programme. Our 3-day programme started yesterday with day 1&2 back-to-back followed by the third and final day in 6 weeks time (September 2019).

We are pleased to be back with the members taking part in this programme for their final day with us. We have worked with them over two days already with sessions on Project Leadership and Leading Others. Our final day with them is all about Influencing Change.
