Staff College celebrates 2 years as an independent charity
This week, we’re celebrating our second birthday as an independent charity. We’d like to say a huge thank you to all those who have worked tirelessly to support the charity as it’s grown from strength to strength.
This year alone, we have worked with 768 leaders, delivering 970 training days. We’re working with a growing number of NHS organisations across primary and secondary care, across a larger footprint and seeing the impact that our work has for those that we work with.
This September also marks 8 years since we started delivering leadership development programmes for leaders working in the NHS.
To mark the occasion, we’ve released a case study describing the long-term impact attending the Staff College Senior Leadership Course has had for one of our very first members, Dr Tim Hodgson, Divisional Clinical Director and Consultant Oral Medicine at the Eastman Dental Hospital, UCLH.
